Verification

AR-KABUY acts as custodian of the digital assets stored in the AR-KABUY Wallet. These assets may be assigned when creating an account and will become the property of the user once the identity verification process has been successfully completed.

Digital Asset and Digital Currency Transactions

AR-KABUY offers no guarantee regarding the value of digital assets or any other digital currency. It is important to note that these assets do not have the same status as legal tender and are not protected by institutions such as the FDIC or SIPC. Transactions involving digital assets carry inherent financial risks due to their highly volatile nature. Market fluctuations can cause significant changes in the value of these assets over a short period.

Digital asset network transactions are verified and confirmed by the network itself, and once completed, they cannot be confirmed, canceled, or reversed by AR-KABUY. Wallet Address and Private Key

AR-KABUY uses a cryptographic key pair to secure transactions. The public key acts as the wallet address, while the private key is necessary to authorize transfers.

All rights to AR-KABUY Materials, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are retained by AR-KABUY.
