REFUND POLICY


At AR-KABUY, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers. Access to digital assets must be accompanied by clarity and well-defined rules. Therefore, AR-KABUY establishes the following terms for the handling of refund requests, with the aim of providing users with certainty regarding the management of their operations and rights in the event of a return:

Refunds will not be issued in cases where the customer has provided an incorrect or invalid wallet address. Refund requests will only be accepted in the event of an error attributable to AR-KABUY, such as when the digital asset has been transferred to a wallet other than the one provided by the user.

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, the user must follow the procedure described below:

Submission of request:

The user must send an email to the official customer support address: soporte@ar-kabuy.com, including the following information:

  • Order number, transaction ID, or corresponding proof of purchase.
  • A clear description of the reason for the refund request.

Case evaluation:

Once the request is received, AR-KABUY’s support team may require additional information, including screenshots, receipts, or any other documents that help verify the validity of the request.

Determination and resolution:

AR-KABUY will review the request in accordance with the terms set forth in this policy and will notify the user whether the request has been approved, rejected, or is subject to clarification. This determination will be communicated by email within a reasonable timeframe.

Funds return:

If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of approval. The refund will be made exclusively to the account or wallet previously validated by the user.

Reference currency:

All refunds will be calculated in U.S. dollars (USD), using the exchange rate in effect at the time the original transaction was made.
